A school bus aide in Pennsylvania is facing assault charges after he allegedly choked a 6-year-old boy, reported WPVI on Thursday.
According to prosecutors, 72-year-old MacArthur Wilson was investigated after the distraught child came home on October 16 with bruising on his neck, telling his parents that he had been "choked."
The parents swiftly reported the incident as did the bus driver, who had witnessed it, and police confirmed their accounts with surveillance footage taken on the bus.
The video showed Wilson, who had been told to sit next to the boy, struggling with the boy's seat belt before placing his hands on the child's neck. Several seconds later, the bus driver noticed and shouted at him.
