MAGA influencer Benny Johnson revealed on Monday that the late conservative activist Charlie Kirk's death helped bring President Donald Trump closer to one of his recent foes.

Johnson discussed Kirk's memorial service on a new episode of his podcast, "The Benny Johnson Show," on Monday. During the episode, Johnson talked about the importance of Tesla CEO Elon Musk attending the ceremony. Trump and Musk have been feuding for multiple months, beginning around the end of Musk's time in the White House as the leader of the Department of Government Efficiency, according to media reports.

"Elon Musk and Donald Trump had a bit of a falling out, maybe you've heard of it," Johnson said. "And that sucked, especially for guys like Charlie who were coalition builders...I don't think Charlie will ever get the credit that he deserves for doing that."

Johnson added that Musk embraced Kirk's widow, Erika, backstage during the memorial service, a moment that he described as "really profound." Afterward, Johnson said Musk accepted an invitation from Trump to join him to watch the ceremony.

"The majority of the event, Elon Musk was sitting there with Donald Trump, chewing it up...and they seem to be having a great time," he said.

"This was a profound and beautiful example of what Charlie was constantly doing for our movement," he added. "He fused together the greatest schism that we've seen in the Trump administration. He just fixed Trump and Elon. We saw it live."
