A man who was scheduled to soon be released from prison after threatening Barack Obama and Oprah Winfrey is now being charged with planning an attack on Joe Biden in which the inmate said he would eat a victim's "body parts."
Stephen Boykin, a federal inmate serving a sentence for mailing threats to kill President George W. Bush and then-Senator Barack Obama and others, was scheduled to be released this month.
He is now accused of mailing threats to President Joe Biden, and of planning to carry out those threats after his release date, according to a court filing first flagged by Court Watch.

The filing outlines some of the threats sent by Boykin, including that he plans to go to Washington, D.C. to, “Take matters into my own hands" and, “Finish what I started.”
"He then states in a letter addressed to Phillip Boykin that he plans to then return to Greenville, South Carolina and, 'Finish what Dr. Death and the others want Stephen to do' and, 'What the other have planned will in fact happen. THERE no if and buts about this. It will end the way my father always wanted it to end. Destruction,'" according to the document.
"These letters were addressed to the federal courthouse in Greenville, South Carolina, President Joe Biden, and Phillip Boykin," the document filed on Oct. 16 states. "Specifically, Boykin stated in a letter addressed to Phillip Boykin, 'I’m sitting here buying my plan waiting until I get out. I am going to make sure that each one of you suffer and when I am done, I am going to eat your body parts with the following people. Michelle and Barrack Obama, Ron DeSantis, VP Harris [Kamala Harris].'"
It's unknown who Phillip Boykin is.
