Former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) faced backlash from conservatives after he shared an evocative photo of a 25-year-old woman reporter and included fire emojis.

In a Wednesday post on the X social media platform, Gaetz included three fire emojis and a photo showing the silhouette of conservative Real America's Voice reporter Natalie Winters.

"Gross. Quit it," one user, describing themselves as a "proud white," wrote.

"Is she trying to give off a prostitute vibe?" an anti-globalist commenter named Ryan asked.

"Why would you share a photo of a woman other than your wife @GingerLGaetz with fire? Not so cool, @mattgaetz not loving this one bit," Bailey Erickson, whose other posts often praised Fox News, commented.

Liberal users were equally unimpressed with Gaetz's behavior.

"Bro. You --who Congress found to have paid a 17-year-old for prostitution-- repost this photo with a hooker-vibe, after defending Andrew Tate who is charged with sex trafficking a minor," Brutal Brittany said. "Thick as thieves. Did you know you're married?"
