Journalist Max Blumenthal mocked an assertion from Katie Miller, the wife of White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, on Monday that President Donald Trump isn't "bought and paid for" by Israel.

Miller made the claim about Trump during an appearance on "Piers Morgan Uncensored" on Monday. During the episode, the panel discussed a proposed peace deal offered by Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to Hamas leadership that could end the Israel-Hamas war.

The 20-point proposal includes creating an international "peace board" led by Trump and British Prime Minister Tony Blair. It would also require the board to oversee the framework and funding for the redevelopment of the Gaza Strip until the new Palestinian Authority leadership is installed.

"What I can tell you is that Trump has never been bought and paid for by anyone," Miller said. "Netanyahu is not in a position where he is in control of President Trump. If anything, President Trump has proven that he is in a position to walk away multiple times."

Blumenthal audibly laughed at Miller's assertion.

"We're witnessing a foreign influence operation with Debra Lea at the center of it, trying to put lipstick on a holocaust!" Blumenthal said, referring to one of his fellow panelists, media personality Debra Lea Schwartzben.

Blumenthal's comments caused the panel to erupt in crosstalk.

"Wow! This panel is what I would call insubordinate," host Piers Morgan said.
