Melania Trump seemed to make a joke at her husband's expense in a newly released movie trailer.
The new trailer for the film "MELANIA" often shows the first lady without her husband. The 104-minute film was directed by Brett Ratner and was funded by Jeff Bezos's Amazon for around $40 million.
The president flashes on the screen twice in the trailer. And his voice is heard speaking to his wife on the phone after his big 2024 win, presumably following his victory speech.
"Congratulations, Mr. President," she said from her office in Trump Tower.
"Did you watch it?" the president-elect asks.
"I did not," the future first lady states. "Yeah, I will see it on the news."
