MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell was reportedly reprimanded on Wednesday after he broke federal rules by broadcasting live from inside a federal courthouse.
During a Thursday podcast, host Steve Bannon noted that Lindell had nearly been arrested the day before.
"Mike, last we left you yesterday, you were about to be arrested again in federal court for video for live streaming into War Room," Bannon told Lindell.
"Well, I did get reprimanded for that in the hallway there by the — you know, live streaming from the federal courthouse," Lindell confirmed.
"It went great, actually," he added.
The pillow executive was fighting the Department of Justice after his cell phone was seized in connection to an election interference case in Colorado.
Two out of three members of a panel of conservative judges seemed sympathetic to Lindell, according to Law and Crime.
