Bill Maher Friday night mocked Republicans in Congress, drawing special attention to recent fights that made splashes in the media.
Maher said on 'Real Time' that the Republicans "spent the week threatening to beat each other up." He then told the story of Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK), a former MMA contender who threatened the teamsters boss to a fight amid a Senate hearing.
After acting out Mullin removing his ring before the impromptu argument, the comedian then transitioned to the House.

"Another congressman claimed recently former House speaker Kevin McCarthy sucker punched him in the kidney," Maher said. "Kevin McCarthy said, 'If I did that, he'd be on the ground.'"
Maher said it's "embarrassing" watching these "pencil necks act all hard."
"Yeah, Kevin McCarthy hard. He's got a tear tattoo... from the time he killed Medicare," Maher joked.
