US says Americans are likely being held by Hamas after 'ISIS-level savagery'

Big GOP donor won't pay bills after cyber security firm failed to find 2020 voter fraud

One of the fake electors in Pennsylvania and a huge Republican Party donor is being accused of not paying a cybersecurity firm he hired to find voter fraud in the 2020 election, revealed Anna Bower, courts correspondent for Lawfare.

Bill Bachenberg is being sued by New York-based cybersecurity company XRVisions for refusing to pay for their services after hiring them. This is the fourth known cybersecurity firm that investigated the 2020 election. Trump hired two firms off the books, Simpatico Software Systems, and Berkeley Research Group, but it was unknown until about a year after the fact. They found no fraud in the 2020 election.

Liberty University students were scared they'd be 'punished' for being assaulted: report

The Chronicle for Higher Education revealed that the evangelical college, Liberty University, has been breaking what is known as the Clery Act, which mandates reporting campus crime data and informing students of those statistics. Among those things include creating a culture of silence that left students terrified to report their sexual assaults on campus out of fear they'd be punished.

Liberty University has had a rough few years after its president, the son of its founder, Jerry Falwell Jr., was involved in a scandal that included both sex and corruption. Now it appears the school is facing another problem, the revelation that in some cases they destroyed evidence of reports given to the school about crimes on their campuses.

Republican Senator Tim Scott is ready for the US to bomb Hamas and get hostages

Republican Sen. Tim Scott (SC) told CNN's Abby Phillip that he wants a targeted strike on Gaza in an attempt to retrieve any Americans who may have been taken hostage by the group Hamas.

The group declared a terrorist organization by the United States, took many hostages during their recent attacks on Israel. While the National Security Council spokesperson has confirmed that there are U.S. citizens among those killed. New Michigan law requires lead poisoning tests for minors

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has signed legislation that requires 1- and 2-year-olds to be tested for lead poisoning. The bipartisan bills call for physicians treating a minor who is 1 or 2 to test for lead exposure or to order such an exam. All 4-year-olds must be tested if they live in a part of the state that has an increased risk of lead poisoning. The lead testing requirement for doctors goes into effect Jan. 1. Police have video of man who shot at Montana Planned Parenthood — and they need help identifying him

The Helena Police Department is looking for help from the public after they obtained a video of the person who shot at the community's Planned Parenthood, KTVH reported.

“We are working very closely with law enforcement to investigate further and understand these details,” said Mary Sullivan, Planned Parenthood of Montana spokesperson. “But right now, we are focused on our team, our patients, and ensuring safety by continuing to coordinate with law enforcement.”
