'Let the chips fall!' Nikki Haley joins MAGA chorus calling out Trump admin

Former Gov. Nikki Haley (R-SC) fought back against President Donald Trump as he desperately tried to distract from questions about files his administration promised would be released about the Jeffrey Epstein investigation.

Haley has been at odds with Trump since she ran against him in the 2024 presidential primary, but ultimately endorsed him for president.

On Tuesday, however, she bucked demands from the president to drop the issue, instead demanding that the files be released.

"Release the Epstein files and let the chips fall where they may. This is why people don’t trust government. You can never go wrong with being transparent. Redact victims’ names but release the rest," Haley wrote on X.

Far-right allies like Fox News' Laura Ingraham and Charlie Kirk spent the weekend at the conservative Turning Point USA conference demanding the files as well. But by Monday, they fell in line, telling their audiences that the issue should be dropped.

"I'm done talking about Epstein," claimed Kirk.

“As conservative influencers were eating their own about Epstein, the president was stealing the show," Ingraham said, after urging the crowds on at the Turning Point conference.
