A federal judge blasted Trump cabinet members Marco Rubio and Kristi Noem for conspiring to suppress the free speech of pro-Palestinian activists. Judge William G. Young described their actions as a deliberate violation of the First Amendment, carried out with full awareness despite professional warnings. He called the effort an unconstitutional conspiracy, highlighting what he described as authoritarian tendencies within the Trump administration.
