'Fascinated with looking at the KKK garb': Omarosa dishes on Trump's visit to civil rights museum

In a TikTok video from the Australian version of the reality TV show "Big Brother," former Donald Trump confidant Omarosa Manigault Newman dished on her time in the White House.

Days before she left the White House in December of 2017, Trump and and several White House officials traveled with Newman to Jackson, Mississippi, to attend the opening of a civil-rights museum.

But according to Newman, the event "didn't go so well" because Trump was "fascinated with looking at the KKK garb."

"He was obsessed with the white supremacist kind of display," she said.

Newman also said that Trump would seek out her advice on topics that she "had no business advising him on."

She also claimed Trump once told her he had decided to bomb Syria, which was national security information she says she did not have the classification level to know.

"And so, I bounced. I said, 'Donald, I'm out. You need to really talk to your advisers.'"
