President Donald Trump has renominated Paul Ingrassia, a MAGA podcaster who has claimed he has a "Nazi streak" in him, to a new government job after withdrawing him from leading a government watchdog agency, according to a new report.

Ingrassia has told colleagues in the Department of Homeland Security, where he currently works as an advisor, that he will soon be leaving to become deputy general counsel at the General Services Administration, according to emails obtained by Politico.

Trump informed Ingrassia of the move on Wednesday, according to the report.

"We look forward to having Paul Ingrassia’s legal talents help advance the GSA mission and the President’s priorities," a spokesperson for the GSA told the outlet.

Trump nominated Ingrassia to lead the Special Counsel's Office in September. However, Ingrassia withdrew his nomination after multiple Republican Senators refused to support him.

Their decision to rebuke Ingrassia came after Politico published text messages of Ingrassia's, where he told friends that "MLK Day belongs in Hell" and that he "has a Nazi streak" in him.
