President Donald Trump appeared agitated Thursday afternoon after a reporter inquired whether he'll visit the site of a mid-air crash between an American Airlines regional jet and a military Black Hawk helicopter.
The fiery collision happened near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport around 9 p.m. Wednesday. An American Airlines regional jet, PSA Airlines Bombardier CRJ700, collided with a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter over the Potomac River.
The jet carried 60 passengers and four crew members, departing from Wichita, Kansas, and was approaching for landing at Reagan. The helicopter, based out of Fort Belvoir, Virginia, was on a training flight with three soldiers on board.
Authorities said all presumably died in the crash.

Trump on Thursday afternoon took questions from the White House, including one in which a reporter asked if he had "plans to go visit the site."
"I have a plan to visit. Not the site. Because you tell me — what's the site? The water? Want me to go swimming?" he retorted.
The reporter clarified that she was talking about meeting with the first responders in the area.
"I don't have a plan to do that. But I will be meeting with some people that were very badly hurt, with their family member, obviously but I'll be meeting with some of the families," he said.
The comment came after the president earlier in the day blamed his two predecessors Barack Obama and Joe Biden, and specifically policies aimed at recruiting and hiring people with disabilities, for the crash.
