
President Donald Trump is plotting a British takeover of the Wall Street Journal.
Trump offered praise for the New York Post Editor-in-Chief while criticizing the Wall Street Journal, “I highly recommend Keith Poole, who is the very successful Editor-in-Chief of the New York Post, to take over the entire operation of the highly inaccurate, ‘China Centric,’ Wall Street Journal. It’s an easy move for Rupert, and he’ll love the results. Such a change would be a GREAT DAY for America, but not a Great Day for China!”
Poole, a native of the United Kingdom, joined the New York post in March of 2021.

He was previously the deputy editor-in-chief of the Sun and before that worked at the Daily Mail.
He was the first person to be tapped as editor-in-chief of the New York Post Group, and oversees the editors-in-chief of the print edition and digital editions of the outlet.
The Wall Street Journal, New York Post, and the Sun are all owned by Rupert Murdoch.
