Expelled congressman George Santos Tuesday teased his fellow New York Republicans, the same ones who had a hand in booting him from his office, saying they might have a future on Cameo once they are replaced by Democrats in the near future.
Santos, who was recently used by Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL) to have some fun at the expense of Rep. James Comer (R-KY), took to social media in response to a report that "New York’s top court has ordered a new congressional map, which could ultimately allow Dems to draw a new gerrymander in time for 2024." The report suggested it was a "big win for Democrats."
"This was a 4-3 decision made possible by a leftward personnel shift on the NY court since '22, much as the GOP's takeover of the NC Supreme Court in '22 paved the way for Republicans to brutalize Dems w/ a new gerrymander this year in NC," according to the report.
Santos jumped in, saying he's "So sorry to hear that…"
"I hope [Cameo] is as kind and welcoming to the soon to be unemployed 6 republicans from NY," Santos said.
Santos took things even further, suggesting he'd offer his (paid) services to fellow Republicans being booted.

"If y’all need tips please let me know and I can consult (for a modest fee) on how to be successful outside of Congress," the ex-politician said on Tuesday.
Finally, Santos suggested that the New York Republicans who will face tough elections might become "dirty lobbyists" instead of making an honest living on Cameo.
"Obviously that is if y’all don’t go become dirty lobbyists selling the American people down the river," the former representative wrote on his X account.
