Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin took a deep breath and cleared her throat after an uncomfortable moment on Fox News.
"Do I call you governor?" host Greg Gutfeld asked. "Or can I call you Sarah."
"Just call me Sarah," the 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee replied.
"Governor is hotter," Gutfeld said.
