Independent reporter Chris Nelson said he was kicked out of the conservative Turning Point Action Conference because he supports Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL).
In a video posted to Twitter on Sunday, Nelson could be seen confronting conservative podcaster Steve Bannon about charges he's facing from an alleged charity scam.
"When are you going to give back that money you took from the Build the Wall Fund?" Nelson asked.
"There's not one penny, dude," Bannon snapped.
"When are you going to stop lying about Ron DeSantis?" Nelson pressed. "Aren't you concerned that Trump does not have any ground game to win and that he has no plan to do anything differently and that Ron DeSantis has gotten victory after victory with election integrity?"
"Ron DeSantis, today, NBC's reporting, he's got $3 million left," Bannon argued.
Seconds later, Nelson was told he would need to leave the venue.
"I paid $200 to get into this event," he protested. "So, are you kicking out DeSantis supporters?"
"Sir, can you please leave the building?" a security official asked as Nelson was urged through the exit.
"Look at that," the reporter stated. "Because if somebody's not in your little club, then you throw them out. You can't stand dissenting viewpoints."
