MAGA influencer Steve Bannon angrily lashed out at CIA Director John Ratcliffe after Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO) grilled him about accidentally including a journalist on a secret Signal app chat that detailed an upcoming U.S. attack on Yemen.

"This is just a normal day at the CIA where we chat about this kind of stuff over Signal," Bennet told Ratcliffe. "That's your testimony today!"

"This sloppiness, this incompetence, this disrespect for our intelligence agencies and the personnel who work for them is entirely unacceptable," he added. "It's an embarrassment. You need to do better."

Following Bennet's questions, Bannon blasted Ratcliffe's answers as "amateurish."

"This is why I said at the beginning, you take a hard line and say it's being investigated," the MAGA star opined. "That's Michael Bennet of Colorado, and Michael Bennett is a very skilled guy coming in and taking a cheap shot."

"You have to be rock hard, and I mean rock hard!" he continued. "Bennet came in for the kill because Ratcliffe had set himself up in the opening thing by getting chatty."

"These hearings are not to be chatty. They are not a search for truth... And this was amateurish of the director of the CIA!"
