Former president Donald Trump isn't shy about the fact he thinks little of Gov. Ron DeSantis, whom he frequently mocks over alleged lifts in the Florida Republican's boots.

On Wednesday, the public mockery kicked into overdrive after a photo of a seated DeSantis taking part in a podcast appeared on social media.

"DeSantis IS so small," posted Republican strategist Ana Navarro-Cárdenas who appears sometimes on "The View."

"DeSantis should sit out rest of campaign," quipped former Florida attorney general candidate Daniel Uhlfelder. He went on to remark: "I love that DeSantis campaign keeps posting this video of him without his booster seat."

"Why does Ron DeSantis look like a child in that chair?" laughed Gabe Sanchez of "What Was That Show."

Jeff Timmer suggested DeSantis' own staff actually hates him, arguing, "There is no other explanation."

Filmmaker Jillian Hurley agreed, posting photos of DeSantis in the tall white boots he wore while surveying hurricane damage. "It feels like Desantis’ own people hate him. Am I wrong?"

"My favorite thing about Ron Desantis is how it constantly looks like it hurts to be him," said Christina, known as Miss Gender on the social media site now known as X.

The account known as SmackeyCracks posted its own video asking "WTF Happened to Ron DeSantis? Is he a presidential candidate or a member of the f---ing Lollipop Guild?"

Another user edited the photo so it appeared as if DeSantis was sitting in a baby's high-chair.

"DeSantis looked super minuscule in his latest interview," BillyD3 quipped.
