Hunter Biden's former business partner and current star witness in the GOP's impeachment probe into President Joe Biden took a shot at the younger Biden during a closed-door interview Tuesday with both the House Oversight and Judiciary committees, Newsweek reported.
Retired U.S. Navy lieutenant and the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings, Tony Bobulinski told investigators he met with the ex-vice president in 2017 and that Hunter Biden's lawyers "should focus their energy on the facts and the extensive indictments Hunter is fighting versus creating smoke screens and distractions with their empty threats."
"I have only told the truth, I continue to tell the truth, I have the facts and, as we will discuss today, I also have the receipts to back them up," he said, according to multiple reports.

Republicans in the House of Representatives are looking into whether the now president profited from his son's business dealings.
As Newsweek points out, Bobulinski told Fox News back in December that Joe Biden is "blatantly lying to the American people and the world by claiming that he did not meet with me face to face."
"He should call his son Hunter and brother Jim as they can remind him of the facts. The American people deserve the truth," he added.
Bobulinski has been expected to tell the committees that some of the money from a business deal with a Chinese energy project that involved Hunter Biden made its way to his father.
On Tuesday, Bobulinski said that it is "clear" the president was "'the brand' being sold by the Biden family."
"Joe Biden was more than a participant in and beneficiary of his family's business; he was an enabler, despite being buffered by a complex scheme to maintain plausible deniability," Bobulinski said.
