Liberal analyst Cenk Uygur scoffed at MAGA pundit Dinesh D'Souza during a recent episode of "Piers Morgan Uncensored" over the peace deal President Donald Trump announced to end the war between Israel and Hamas.

Trump announced that Israel and Hamas agreed to the "first phase" of a peace deal in a Truth Social post on Wednesday. The 20-point plan involves Hamas returning all hostages and Israel withdrawing its troops from Gaza.

Uygur argued that the critical piece of the deal is that Israel leaves Gaza entirely, which he said he was skeptical of. Media reports indicate that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told Trump that the peace deal is "nothing to celebrate" and that it "doesn't mean anything."

"Israel should get the f--- out of Gaza, otherwise they are in the land stealing business," Uygur said.

D'Souza claimed that Israel held the moral high ground in the conflict because the country "has not taken any hostages."

"This shows the moral chasm between Israel and Hamas," D'Souza said. "Israel values these human lives and will go to great lengths. Israel is freeing scores of terrorists in exchange for ordinary men, women, and children who are sitting under forced captivity by Hamas."

Uygur scoffed at D'Souza's remark.

"That's hilarious," he said. "Brother, Israel has committed 70 October 7s!"
