President Donald Trump ranted in a new Truth Social post about what he described as a "complete architectural catastrophe" that's occurring at the Air Force Academy.

"The United States Air Force Academy Cadet Chapel has been a CONSTRUCTION DISASTER from the time it was built in 1962," Trump posted. "The earlier stories are that it leaked on Day One, and that was the good part."

Last month, Pete Hegseth's Defense Department approved an additional $90 million to complete the renovation, which has been underway since 2019. The total cost is expected to exceed $330 million and the chapel won't re-open until 2028, according to reports.

"This mess should be investigated. Very unfair to the Cadets — A COMPLETE ARCHITECTURAL CATASTROPHE!" Trump wrote.
