An armed man was fatally shot Sunday by law enforcement after breaching the perimeter of President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, Reuters reported.

Trump was not at his Palm Beach resort at the time of the incident, and was instead at the White House, Fox 43 reported.

The suspect, which the Daily Mail reported to be a man in his “early 20s,” was “holding what appeared to be a shotgun and a fuel can as he tried to enter Trump's Palm Beach residence,” the U.S. Secret Service said, according to the Daily Mail. The suspect was fatally shot by a Secret Service agent and a Palm Beach County sheriff deputy, Fox 43 reported.

Fox News later reported that the Secret Service and the FBI will hold a press conference later on Sunday at Mar-a-Lago regarding the incident.
