The reams are coming for Donald Trump.

When former President Donald Trump testifies under oath on Monday he should read for a barrage of questions and troves of documents flexed by New York Attorney General Letitia James' prosecutors.

"...the New York Attorney General is going to bury him in documents," National security attorney Bradley Moss said during a Friday appearance on CNN's "NewsNight" with Abby Phillip. Donald Trump doesn't work well with details, he added.

POLL: Should Trump be allowed to run for office?

"They're going to bury him with documents and catch him on each and every exaggeration and misrepresentation," he said. "That's going to be his biggest exposure on Monday when he testifies."

Trump coming in to be questioned under penalty of perjury is setting up a kind of main event now that both his adult sons, Don Jr. and Eric, each testified about their roles and functions in the company and collectively appeared to place the onus of blame on the accountants for any irregularities or liable hiccups with Trump Organization's books.

Already, Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron ruled that the Trumps and their Company were liable for fraud and that they manipulated financial statements to gain sweetheart deals with both banks and insurers.

AG James has accused the family and some of its executives of committing fraud of $250 million and possibly more. Meantime, Trump and his co-defendants in the case deny all wrongdoing.
