Donald Trump could face another defamation lawsuit brought by E. Jean Carroll, if the internet has its way.
The former president on Saturday slammed Carroll during a rally in Michigan, saying, "Who is she?" as he cast doubt upon her story. A jury, however, found that Trump sexually assaulted and then defamed her.
The internet was quick to hit back and suggest further legal action.

A popular social media account called "Spiro's Ghost" wrote, "Holy sh-t. She needs to sue him AGAIN."
Former federal and state prosecutor Ron Filipkowski said, "Time for E. Jean Carroll v. Trump Lawsuit #3!"
Palmer Report wrote, "Donald Trump just idiotically attacked E Jean Carroll again. Wonder how many more millions he'll have to pay her this time. This guy is now self destructing by the hour."
Mary in MO, who identifies on social media as a Democrat and a retired elementary teacher, said, "Sue him again, E Jean Carroll!"
Another popular account called "Liam Nissan" added to the chorus:
"Ope, looks like $83M wasn't enough, it's time to fine him again."
Someone commented on that post, reiterating that Carroll's legal team "is on high alert for Trump to defame her again, they said they will sue him again."
"I wonder what they threshold is," PeopleOverPolitics wrote.
Another internet user wrote, "Who's the woman? Dear Trump, There are 88 million reasons you're going to get to know E. Jean Carroll real well."
But not everyone thought Trump's comments about Carroll were actionable.
Bradley Moss, a national security attorney and common political commentator, had this to say:
"Ooooh, close but he didn't cross the line," Moss wrote, referring to the line of defamation against the woman who accused him of assaulting her.
