A woman who apparently tried to talk with former President Donald Trump during his civil fraud trial was arrested by police on Wednesday, according to a reporter who witnessed it.
As reported by Law 360's Frank G. Runyeon, the unidentified woman "approached the bench during Donald Trump‘s fraud trial today, apparently asking to speak with Trump" and was promptly taken into custody and placed in a New York State courts squad car.
Runyeon also said that the officers involved in the arrest "would not immediately confirm the charge."

Trump is currently in court to observe his lawyers try to defend him against a civil lawsuit filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James alleging that he and his business committed widespread financial fraud over the span of several years.
