A new note has been unearthed that President Donald Trump reportedly sent to Jeffrey Epstein, the deceased sex trafficker and billionaire financier.
The New York Times reported Thursday evening that it confirmed Trump's name appeared on a contributor list for Epstein’s 50th birthday book.
The report also revealed a previously undisclosed note that Trump sent Epstein in 1997. The message was an inscription in a copy of Trump's book, "Trump: The Art of the Comeback," that Epstein owned.
“To Jeff — You are the greatest!”
The message was signed “Donald” and dated “Oct ’97,” when the book was released.
Additionally, the Times published a previously unreleased photo of Trump, Epstein, and superstar artist James Brown, in which the three pose together with Brown in the center. It wasn't immediately known where the photo was taken.
The report comes after Democrats forced a key House committee to vote to subpoena the Justice Department's Epstein files. It also comes after the Wall Street Journal reported Thursday evening that former President Bill Clinton
White House spokesman Steven Cheung has insisted that Trump kicked Epstein out of Mar-a-Lago for being a "creep."
