A fan of President Donald Trump told C-SPAN that she wasn't concerned about the release of files on Jeffrey Epstein because it was "human nature" to molest children.

During Tuesday's Washington Journal program, host John McArdle opened the phone lines to ask Republicans if they wanted to see more Epstein files released.

"Does the Epstein files story matter to you?" the host asked a Republican caller named Kat.

"No, sir, it does not," the caller from Virginia replied. "What really matters to me are the lies that the Democrats are putting out. And I honestly believe if anybody's on the Epstein list, it's probably a lot of them and Republicans."

"Because, you know, it's human nature, even when children are used," she added. "I was abused when I was three years old for the first time. So, I know what it is to have to deal with that all your life. I'm 74 now."

"What I really hate are the lies of getting rid of Medicaid, getting rid of Social Security, or whatever they say. The Democrats keep putting that out, but it's not."

The caller also expressed concern about undocumented immigrants.

"When you let millions of undocumented people who we don't even know who are living next to us," she opined. "I have about seven neighbors in a one-block neighborhood that are here illegally. I love them. The ones that are in my neighborhood are great."
