President Donald Trump posted a GOP Senator's cellphone number in a Truth Social post on Saturday in an effort to make daylight saving time permanent.
Trump posted the number of Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) and urged Arkansas residents to call him and pressure the senator to drop his opposition to the Sunshine Protection Act because changing clocks is "very expensive for our Nation."
"Everybody in Arkansas, Tom Cotton, a friend of mine, is holding up a very important Bill," Trump wrote. "For some reason, Tom is stopping the Bill and, in the Senate, it's very easy to do, it only takes one!"
Trump added, "GET IT DONE!" in his plea to voters.
