'It's hard to win!' Trump says judges he didn't appoint are ruling against him

Former President Donald Trump leveled accusations at his Wednesday night rally that the prosecutions against him are tainted and unfair when an "Obama judge" is sitting on the court bench.

"Let's say Obama, because let's not even talk about Biden yet," he said during Wednesday's rally in Hialeah, Florida.

"But an Obama judge will say 'You know, I'm proud of it and I don't care what the merits of this case — you're in deep trouble.'"

"It's hard to win!"

He continued: "Whereas a Republican judge, a lot of them not all of them, and we just want fairness — but a Republican judge will say 'I want to show my fairness! So what I'll do is I'll screw the Republican and everyone will think I'm fair.'"

Trump has made history as the first former president to be formally charged with either state or federal crimes.

He appeared to be lost on how it's possible he's being prosecuted when he's innocent.

"Every time the radical left Democrats, Marxists, Communists, Fascists indict me -- they indicted me."

"Can you believe it?"

He then spoke of his late parents who he believes are in his corner.

"My father and mother are looking down, [saying] 'Son, how did that happen? We're so proud of you! How did that happen?'"

Trump called the cases built against him as bogus.

He railed against the $250 million fraud civil lawsuit against the Trump Organization, calling it "stupid" and then suggesting it was a "political indictment" and a "Biden indictment."

"Everybody has been discredited," he said, obviously trying to take a shot at Attorney General Letitia James whose prosecution team has been arguing the case in Manhattan.

The former president then made it clear he is willing to be cast as the martyr.

"We're not gonna let it get away from it," he told his followers in attendance. "Every time I'm indicted I consider it a badge of honor because I'm being indicted for you."

The crowd cheered.

"Thanks everyone I appreciate it," he said. "They want to silence me because I will never let them silence you."
