Donald Trump on Saturday mocked the idea that he's an autocrat during an Iowa rally, exclaiming at one point, "I'm a dictator!"
Trump, who was recently asked if he would be a dictator and replied that he would only do so "on day one," is now suggesting it's ridiculous to think he would cobble power in the executive branch if he's given a second chance at the office.
Speaking at a Team Trump Iowa Commit to Caucus Rally at the DMACC Conference Center in Newton, Iowa, Trump broached the subject.
"We've got to beat this guy, this fool that's destroying our country," Trump said at the rally.

"Donald Trump is a dictator!" Trump said after, changing his voice to be much deeper. "I'm a dictator!" he adds sarcastically.
"All I want to do is have a great country. I don't want to be ripped off by trade deals," he said, before mentioning he also wants low taxes.
He then repeated that he only wants to "have a great country."
"I'm a dictator, so insulting. Actually, it's insulting," the ex-president said.
Trump then repeated a mocking impression of Biden being unable to define democracy, a staple at Trump's past rallies.
