A rambling Donald Trump who made an affordability campaign trail appearance has been dubbed as "not all there" by Jimmy Kimmel.

The talk show host compiled the many flubs of the president's speech, including a rambling attack on "Indians" who did not want the "Chief of Staff" title used and a slew of usual catchphrases. Kimmel described Trump's appearance as "like a slot machine" as the president made his way through the speech.

Kimmel said, "He's like a slot machine. He's not all there, he really isn't. One of the many shouts he gave out last night was to his Chief of Staff, Susie Wiles, whose last name he, for some reason, replaced with his own."

Trump went on to mention that "Susie Trump" was his Chief of Staff but they "don't use the word chief of staff anymore because of the Indians that are extremely upset. But now the Indians actually want their name used which is true, they never didn't want it used."

Kimmel added to the bizarre clip, "I think by Indians he meant Native Americans and another interesting fact, he made all of that up. None of that was true. Thank you Sitting Bulls**t."

The talk show host would also call out Trump for "getting his opinion on Somalians from Captain Phillips" as the president asked why America only received immigrants from "s**thole countries". Trump had also questioned why those from Denmark and Norway did not emigrate to America instead of other countries.

Kimmel said, "He put the three whitest countries in the world on the guestlist, black countries, lock the doors. That was extra Trump. That might be the worst thing he's ever said." The talk show host would go on to say Trump is "deeply unwell" and that a lengthy Truth Social post suggested not all was well.

A lengthy post to Truth Social on December 9 had Trump claim no former president has "worked as hard" as him and that he was in fantastic physical health. Speaking of the post, Kimmel said, "This post about his health is twice as long as the Gettysburg Address. And it starts with a bang."

"Trump once again claimed he aced all three of those [cognitive] tests, something few people can do. This is not an SAT test he's taking, this is a one-page exam that checks if you know the difference between a camel and a goat. It's basically the test paramedics give you when you hit your head in a jet ski accident."
