President Donald Trump lashed out at a reporter from CNN after she pointed out that his supporters were split about whether to support a U.S. attack on Iran.

"Mr. President, some of your supporters are split on the U.S. response," the correspondent noted at the White House on Wednesday.

"Who are you with?" Trump demanded.

"CNN," the correspondent confirmed. "There's a split, though."

"Fake news," Trump ranted. "Fortunately, nobody watches. Is anybody watching CNN nowadays? I haven't seen it in a long time."

"Some of your supporters are wary of the U.S. getting involved in another foreign war," the reporter said.

"No, I haven't seen," Trump insisted. "Do you ever ask a positive question on CNN? My supporters are more in love with me today, and I'm in love with them more than they were even at election time, where we had a total, a landslide."

The president then recounted statistics from his 2024 election victory.

"We won by millions of votes," he said. "We won 2,750 districts versus 505 districts. Think of that, 2,750 versus 505."
