President Donald Trump's cell phone interrupted his executive order signing in the Oval Office Friday as he met with business executives from the nuclear industry.

Trump picked up the phone and joked, "Just a congressman!"

Several seconds later, the phone rang again, causing Trump to look at the screen for a second time and say, "Another congressman! They're congratulating us!"
Trump didn't explain what he meant by congratulations -- if it was for passage of his "big, beautiful bill," or Friday's announcement that he was putting a 50% tariff on the European Union and a 25% tariff on Apple iPhones not made in the United States.
One reporter asked, "Is that an iPhone, sir?" prompting Trump to answer, "Yeah, lucky it is!"
