Former President Donald Trump entered court for the third day Wednesday as another rant appeared on his personal social media site.

It came after he earned a gag order for a Tuesday attack on the clerk of the judge – which featured a photo from her campaign website and falsely claimed that she was the "girlfriend" of Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY). It infuriated the judge so much that he banned the former president from speaking about any members of the court staff.

Still, Trump went on the attack against New York Attorney General Letitia James, who filed the fraud lawsuit against him that's the subject of the trial. He wrote, without offering evidence, that James is "corrupt" and that she is personally running people out of New York.

POLL: Should Trump be allowed to hold office again?

Trump goes on to cite the statute being used to prosecute him, saying no one is usually subject to it.

"Statute 63(12) is meant to be used for Consumer Fraud. It has never been used before on a “case” such as this, especially since I did absolutely nothing wrong," he wrote.

He continued, "I borrowed money, paid it back, in full, and got sued, years later, with a trial RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY CAMPAIGN," Trump continued.

"I am not even entitled, under any circumstances, to a JURY. This Witch Hunt cannot be allowed to continue. It is Election Interference and the start of Communism right here in America!"

Trump was entitled to a jury, but his lawyers didn't ask for it. The Court flagged it and Trump was given 15 days to make the request – he didn't.
