A top Donald Trump adviser is becoming the target of MAGA and must get out now to save herself, according to a former Republican strategist.
Ex-GOP strategist Rick Wilson, who recently said he might depose Trump in a lawsuit and force the president to explain his ties to the deceased child sex abuser Epstein, wrote in a piece on Substack that Chief of Staff Susie Wiles should be very worried.
"Which brings us to Susie Wiles. For a long time, the myth around Wiles was that she was the adult in the room. The 'normie.' The one in sensible shoes and a blazer, not a gold lamé tracksuit, pneumatic lips, store-bought boobs, and high hair," Wilson wrote. "In a White House and campaign orbit stacked with cranks, weirdos, crypto, neo, and old-school fascists, dark-web racists, and people who eat roadkill and believe alchemy was the pinnacle of medical science, she was supposed to be the professional political operative."
But now, according to Wilson, "she’s becoming the target. Not of hapless Democrats or supine media."
"She’s becoming the target of MAGA. Run, Susie, run," he wrote. "Because here’s the problem: Everything Trump Touches Dies is not a slogan. It is the most reliable law of American politics in the last decade. It is gravity. And you are not the exception. Look at the wreckage behind you."
After naming such individuals as Michael Cohen, Bill Barr, Mike Pence, John Kelly, Rex Tillerson, Jim Mattis, Jeff Sessions, and Nikki Haley, Wilson declared that "Everything That Trump Touches Dies."
"Susie, ETTD does not negotiate. It consumes," he said. "You have watched this pattern repeat for ten years. You have watched Trump and the MAGA movement chew through loyal staff, burn donors, destroy reputations, and then feed the base a new villain whenever the Leader needs someone else to blame. You know the rhythm by heart now."
Wilson further gave the advice of Wiles to, "Run now, before Trump decides you are the problem and trains the machine on you."
"Run before the MAGA influencers who are workshopping nicknames on their streams decide you are their new content," he wrote. "Run before your name is on a Truth Social screed and your phone melts down with threats from people whose avatars are eagles, crosses, and Punisher skulls, the lonely, angry men with no economic hope but who crave a mission to avenge The Orange King."
