Former President Donald Trump was caught making multiple errors by eagle-eyed fact-checkers who tuned into his rally in Michigan Tuesday.
Trump was flanked by law enforcement officials during his press conference in Grand Rapids where he warned the U.S. would be thrown into crisis should he not win his 2024 campaign against President Joe Biden.
But the power of Trump's anti-immigration message was only weakened when he misstated the age of a 25-year-old who was shot to death last month and told the crowd he found the young woman, who he said was a teenager, to be "beautiful, beautiful, beautiful."

That wasn't the only questionable statement Trump made, according to those watching the speech.
Trump proclaimed, "We had the Iowa primary, which I won." The former president did indeed win the first in the nation contest in Iowa. Iowa famously does not hold a primary, it holds a caucus.
"It wasn’t a primary," replied X user Barbara Levitan, "but he seems not to be aware of that."
"It was a caucus," added Katelyn Cox. "And turnout was pathetic."
Second, Trump spread fear about migrants into the U.S. spreading disease and being responsible for epidemics.
"People were sick, we don't want them coming to into our country with contagious diseases," he said. "All of a sudden we see these contagious diseases spending and everyone is saying I wonder where they came from. I can tell you where they came from."
Would-be fact-checker @MerrillLynched had an issue with this comment: "What diseases?"
While Trump did not specify which diseases he was referencing, studies have shown migrants are less likely than people in their host country to spread most diseases. In fact, migrants from some countries have higher vaccination rates than Americans.
A final fact check came from the Biden-Harris campaign.
"Trump: Wouldn’t we love to have a statistic where crime is down?" they wrote. "Fact check: Violent crime has fallen to one of the lowest levels in more than 50 years under President Biden, while murders saw the largest annual increase in history under Trump."
