A Memphis man recorded a viral video of another driver hurling racial slurs and Donald Trump's name at him during a road rage incident.
Brandon Levston said the other driver apparently became angry after he would not allow him to speed up and stop him from changing lanes, reported WMC-TV.
When he later pulled his car over, the man walked up to his vehicle shouting Trump's name before launching into a racist rant.
"Hey, Trump! Trump all the way," the man says, approaching Levston's vehicle as he records the encounter. "Trump! Because, hey -- check this out. Check it out, because I got you. Black lives don't matter -- there ain't no proof. Just because you say something don't mean nothing."
Levston said the man began voicing his political views after he started recording the encounter.
The white man complained that Levston had sped up and gone around him, causing him to slam on his brakes at a traffic light.
"That makes you a n****r," the man says. "That proves -- check it out -- that proves that black lives don't matter."
The man walks back toward his car, where a woman shouts from the passenger seat.
"Hey, let me handle this," the man says, shutting the driver's side door. "Be a woman."
The man, who pointed out he had children in his car, then tells Levston that he would have "smashed" him if he hadn't been recording the encounter.
"A minute ago you were telling me I was threatening your family in traffic, but you don't think you're threatening your family by threatening a complete stranger when you don't have the slightest clue what could be in their car?" Levston says.
Levston said he was shocked by the encounter, which he hoped would motivate others to vote.
The white man's identity has not been confirmed, but Levston's video has already been viewed more than 2 million times.
