Time Warner Cable subscribers woke up Wednesday morning to trouble with their Internet or other services.
According to a map posted on Mashable, the majority of the outages were located in the northeastern U.S., with widespread outages in the Ohio River valley, North Carolina, Chicago, and the Los Angeles area.
