It took until late Monday night for presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump's campaign to release their latest FEC filings which shocked political observers and amused everyone else.
Reporting a mere $1.3 million on hand, with rival Hillary Clinton sitting on $42.5 million, Trump was mocked for running a campaign on the cheap while still claiming to be a billionaire who is self-funding. With Internet user commenters calling the floundering campaign everything from a con job to Trump critic and GOP political consultant Rick Wilson labeling it a "scampaign," Twitter was abuzz with jokes about Trump's finances.
Which, of course, led to #TrumpSoPoor.
