'Does he accept Rubles or Bitcoin?': Internet hilariously lampoons Flynn after begging for cash for legal defense

Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn started his own legal defense fund in wake of Vice President Mike Pence starting his own fund, while still maintaining he didn't know anything about anything. Now Flynn is begging for money and the internet is heckling.


Flynn has been caught in a series of connections to foreign investors and shady deals and he's already begging for immunity. He's not getting it, though, and he's begging for money to help him mount a defense.

While the director of the Government Ethics Office has said that lobbyist money is acceptable to receive, Flynn has promised he won't take money from foreign nationals.
