On Monday, Kayla Moore—the wife of Republican Alabama Senate candidate and accused child molester Roy Moore—gave a classic (and unbelievably tone-deaf) defense of her and her husband’s support for the Jewish community, boldly insisting they can't be anti-Semitic because, “One of our attorneys is a Jew!”
“Fake news will tell you that we don’t care for Jews,” Moore said. "I just want to set the record straight while they’re [the media is] here. One of our attorneys is a Jew."
The Internet on Monday did not take kindly to her assertion. One user even superimposed her "absurd" speech with the sound of Seinfeld's signature bass slap theme song.
