During an MSNBC segment on California's liberalized marijuana laws that went into effect on January 1 -- allowing the sale of recreational weed -- hip hop pioneer B-Real invited Attorney General Jeff Session to visit and sample some of the state’s finest.
The former founder of Cypress Hill -- now fronting the Prophets of Rage -- hosts a popular YouTube channel BREALTV which features episodes of The Smokebox, where the host sits in one of his classic cars with a celebrity and lights up.
Speaking with MSNBC host Jacob Soboroff, the hip hop star showed off one of his rides and discussed who his dream guest would be to have on his show, with B-Real admitting that a former president is at the top of his list.
"Who is your dream smoke box guest?" Soboroff asked.
"Well, obviously to have Obama in there," B-Real responded while laughing. "But I don't know if Obama could hang in there. That would be a little bit too much."
"Is it still too taboo?" Soboroff pressed.
"Who knows, man," B-Real replied. "These days, I think everything is up for grabs. I mean, when you look at who is president right now, I mean, you can't put anything past anything."
"I don't think he or Jeff Sessions will be sitting in the smoke box." the MSNBC host quipped.
"That would be so awesome, because I would get them so hammered," a smirking B-Real shot back as they both began laughing.
