The husband of White House counselor Kellyanne Conway, attorney George Conway, kept up his daily needling of Donald Trump on Friday for ranting about the FBI and an investigation into his administration before acknowledging a massacre in New Zealand that claimed the lives of 49 Muslims while in prayer.

Trump kicked off the morning on Twitter by raging at the investigation, before adding an all-caps: "THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN TO A PRESIDENT AGAIN!"

This led former ACLU Deputy Legal Director Jameel Jaffer to note the timing of Trump's tweet and his failure to say one word either condemning the mosque massacre or expressing sympathy for the victims or their families, writing, "This is not the 'never again' tweet one would have hoped for this morning."

Attorney Conway piled on by drily pointing out that Trump is only concerned with himself and no one else by tweeting: "We know his priorities."
