Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) ridiculed Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA) in a Fox News interview, where she suggested the Democratic senator suffers from “low T” hours after he delivered his account on the Senate floor of being pushed to the ground by federal agents.
The disparaging remarks came Tuesday when Fox News anchor Jesse Watters asked the MAGA lawmaker if it was “an attractive look” for men to cry at work, "or when men cry on national TV like Sen. Padilla."
“No,” Paulina Luna responded. “In fact, I think he’s suffering from low T,” she added as the Fox News host laughed.
Luna claimed Padilla “lunged” at Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, whose news conference Padilla was forcibly removed from last week as he attempted to question the Trump administration official.
“Could you imagine if a Republican senator lunged at a female cabinet secretary and started screaming at her?" Watters asked. “It would be the war on women all over again.”
“Real men don't do that, and the fact that he did, I think is telling as to who he is as an individual and vehemently condemn what he did to Secretary Noem,” Paulina Luna said.
She praised Noem, who she claimed calmed the situation with the Democratic senator, “and separately exchanged numbers with him.” Paulina Luna offered an unsolicited piece of advice for the cabinet secretary.
“I would advise her to stay away from him,” she said. “The guy’s not a good dude.”
Watters added about Padilla: “Nobody knew who he was! He’s just not that famous.”
“She had to give him her number, she was like, ‘here’s my number, get away from me, creep,’” Watters said. “Ah man, poor Padilla.”
