'Putin is the bad guy!' Tensions boil over on Fox & Friends over Trump's Ukraine moves

"Fox & Friends" cohost Brian Kilmeade on Tuesday lashed out at conservatives whom he accused of going soft on Russian President Vladimir Putin.

During a debate about President Donald Trump's decision to cut off all aid to Ukraine, Kilmeade took a shot at conservatives who were suggesting that cutting Ukraine off from Elon Musk's Starlink satellite service would help bring a just end to the three-year-old conflict between that nation and Russia.

"Just keep in mind what you guys are saying: You're saying that [Ukrainian President Volodymyr] Zelensky is worse than Putin!" Kilmeade charged, which drew an objection from co-host Steve Doocy.

Kilmeade, however, was undeterred.

"You're saying we have to take Starlink from our ally to get them to do an economic deal or get them to table?" he asked incredulously.

Kilmeade then explained that Europeans see the threat of Russia as not just limited to Ukraine, but as a reformation of the Soviet Union that terrorized the continent for decades before the end of the Cold War in the 1980s.

"If they could stop them here [in Ukraine], it's for their own safety too," said Kilmeade. "And it's Vladimir Putin who's the bad guy!"

This is pretty fascinating. Brian Kimeade calls out his Fox & Friends cohorts for "saying Zelensky is worse than Putin" before reminding them that "Vladimir Putin is the bad guy."
