A judge denied Monday moves to dismiss charges against the man accused of killing four University of Idaho students, according to a new report.

Judge John C. Judge rejected the second motion from Bryan Kohberger, accused of stabbing to death the four students in 2022, CNN reported.

Kohberger's lawyers claimed prosecutors "failed to comply fully with Title 2 of the Idaho code, due to jury selection and jury questionnaire issues," according to CNN's report.

Kohberger pleaded not guilty to all the charges back in May.
