'Made me angry just watching': Capitol cop fumes at Fox News for special claiming MAGA riot was a false flag

On Thursday's edition of CNN's "Anderson Cooper 360," Capitol Police Officer Harry Dunn tore into Fox News for airing a special full of conspiracy theories suggesting that the January 6 Capitol riot was a false flag operation.

Dunn, who has said he has PTSD flashbacks about the attack, has been outspoken about the events he and his fellow officers suffered that day — and has been a target of mockery from right-wing commentators like Tucker Carlson.

"What goes through your mind when you hear a major media platform that a lot of people take their cues from is producing what they are calling a documentary about conspiracy theories surrounding the attack on the Capitol?" asked Cooper.

"If that isn't fearmongering, I don't know what really is," said Dunn. "That little clip right there. It made me angry just watching it again. It made me angry, that's very irresponsible for that to be released. He has such a huge following, such a huge people that believe, amount of people that believe the things he says and it's very irresponsible to release something like that because it's not accurate. It's somebody's opinion but it's not facts."
