Gov. Ron DeSantis' campaign is reportedly trolling Republican presidential rival Nikki Haley as "too coward" to duke it out in a one-on-one debate.
The Florida governor is offering two tickets to a slated Jan.15 debate that has been announced by CNN days before the Jan. 23 Caucus (and without the GOP's backing) as part of a sweepstakes.
So far DeSantis is the only committed GOP contender, according to The Daily Mail.
The campaign is offering consolation prizes just in case nobody commits or if it's cancelled, and taking some shots at the former United Nations Ambassador in the process.

"Should there be limited tickets at the debate or should the debate not occur because Nikki Haley is too coward to debate Governor DeSantis one-on-one, an alternative prize will be made available to the winner," the outlet reported of the sweepstakes language.
In a statement to The Mail, DeSantis' Press Secretary Bryan Griffin swiped at Haley's latest debate performance compared to those of DeSantis.
"After that loss, it is no wonder why Haley has failed to confirm she will join Ron DeSantis on the debate stage in Iowa and New Hampshire next month."
Haley's spokesperson Olivia Perez-Cubas told Axios: "Since the RNC pulled out of the debates, many new offers have come in," according to the statement. "We look forward to debating in Iowa and continuing to show voters why Nikki is the best candidate to retire Joe Biden and save our country."
"That debate should include Donald Trump."
The DeSantis sweepstakes prize will send supporters to either New York City or Washington D.C.
The Big Apple trips offer either a visit to the UN or a tour of a data warehouse "so you can see how Nikki will store all of your data in the unlikely event she becomes president."
Haley, who was also a former governor of South Carolina, had proclaimed that should she become the 47th president she would mandate social media companies to verify users' identities.
“We’re going to say that they have to make sure every person on social media is verified … everybody gets a verifiable sign so that we know exactly who they are,” she said during an Iowa town hall last month.
During the fourth GOP debate, Haley tried to expand on those comments, saying "...I never said government should go and require anyone’s names."
DeSantis called her out for a cleanup effort: “She said one of the first things I’m going to do, all social media, I want your name."
The lucky winner of the D.C. trip will also be feted to "see the Naval Observatory — the new home Nikki wants."
The Naval Observatory has traditionally housed the U.S. Vice President; clearly ribbing Haley for her backup job should she come up short for the GOP nomination.
